Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their product order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the product has not yet been dispatched.
Once a product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
If any product or consumable provided by Shalom Car Detailing is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, the following terms apply:
Notification Window:
Customers must notify Shalom Car Detailing of any defects or deficiencies within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Return Conditions:
All returns must be pre-approved and comply with our official return process.
Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact.
Refund Timeline:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product provided by Shalom Car Detailing.
Replacements & Liability:
In cases of verified defects, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or issuing a credit note.
We do not accept liability for additional costs including product application, service interruption, or any indirect damages.
