Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their product order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the product has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once a product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

If any product or consumable provided by Shalom Car Detailing is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, the following terms apply:

  1. Notification Window:

    • Customers must notify Shalom Car Detailing of any defects or deficiencies within 7 days of delivery.

    • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • All returns must be pre-approved and comply with our official return process.

    • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact.

  3. Refund Timeline:

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product provided by Shalom Car Detailing.

  5. Replacements & Liability:

    • In cases of verified defects, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or issuing a credit note.

    • We do not accept liability for additional costs including product application, service interruption, or any indirect damages.
